Welcome to Our Club
The Rockhampton & District Motocross Club is one of the largest, most active and well respected motocross groups in the region, with over 200 members. We are a non profit organisation affiliated with Motorcycling Queensland.
The main goal of the club has always been to provide a great facility for racing with a family oriented atmosphere. You will find virtually all club members to be friendly and more than willing to give advice, answer questions, and generally help one another out. The club's Executive Committee is always open to suggestions, and welcomes any help you may be able to provide. We are working hard to establish and maintain a positive presence in the community, and try to act as positive role models for others in the sport.
Our riding facility, Six Mile Raceway, offers a motocross track that caters for beginners to advanced riders from 50cc to Opens. We are constantly working to maintain and improve upon our facility, so watch for ongoing changes. We will be continuing work throughout the season on the track. This is the only facility in the Rockhampton Area for this kind of recreation.

Hi everyone,
Welcome back! A special welcome goes out to our new members and we wish everybody well for the 2010 year of Motocross. I hope you all have had a nice break and are ready for a full year of racing.
Our first Club Day of the year kicks off on the 28th of February so our Track Committee could sure use your help at the working bee on Saturday the 27th. If you find you can spare an hour or so just drop in at the track and see Fred Von Allmen or one of his crew, they appreciate any help with preparations people can offer.
Well done CQ for their attendance at the first round of the Shell Sunshine State Series. We had a large contingent of riders nominated and in wet, trying conditions held their own against our southern counterparts. Good job riders and good luck with the remainder of the series.
Our general meetings are held at North Rocky Bowls Club Glenmore Rd on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm. If you have any ideas you think the club should consider or would like to keep up to date on what’s happening please attend. We welcome all members and look forward to seeing you there.
During the past few months the club has finished the new amenity block so this should make things more comfortable for everyone involved. A big thank you to those people who donated their time and skill to this project.
Now that we can update our website, www.radmotox.cqnet.com.au all our newsletters, results etc will be posted here. If everyone can ensure when they fill out their membership or nomination forms they include their email address we can keep everyone updated on current events via email.
